• Hi,

I’m a new WordPress user and working feverishly to figure out how to do the things I’d like to do. I write a travel blog at https://www.shesails.net.

Right now I’m using Twitter Tools to send tweets to my blog, and Social to tweet my blog posts (I know I can use Twitter Tools to do both, but for various reasons I’m finding it more convenient to use social to broadcast to all of my social networking sites).

My problem: whenever I publish a new post, it duplicates itself via twitter because it tweets the new post and then posts the new tweet. I know technically this is what I’ve asked it to do, but I’m wondering if there’s any way to avoid the annoying duplicate post on my blog feed.

    Thank you!

p.s. not positive about which version of wordpress I’m using…I think it’s 3.3 but I can’t figure out where to find it!
