    Hi aceriker,

The plugin should currently display the Twitter images when displaying Tweets in ‘List’ form with ‘Show Media?’ ticked. It will add a show/hide media link at the bottom of the Tweet.

I have also been made aware of a bug causing media to not be output properly (empty html), which I am still trying to reliably reproduce. However, it should work in the majority of cases.

    I’m also getting this.
If I put the twitter feed into a widget area then it works but is all cramped up. When I put a shortcode into an ordinary page I get the tweets but all the graphics are stripped off.

You can have a look for yourselves at https://www.lscott.co.uk
I’m using WordPress 3.8.2 and kebo twitter feed version 1.4.10
    The shortcode is [kebo_tweets count=”15″ media=”true”]

    Hi jiharmer,

Thank you for letting me know. I am not certain I understand the problem exactly though. On the ‘Twitter Page’ on your website, the media appears attached to the images fine, upon clicking the ‘View photo’ link the images appear, like this: https://cloudup.com/c0gpAXEQm5i.

Am I misunderstanding what the problem is?

I missed your reply to this thread, thanks for the update! I think possibly what jiharmer (and myself) meant was is there any way to have the image show automatically rather than clicking on show picture? Which file do we need to edit?

    Hi aceriker,

Thank you, I understand now. This is dealt with in ‘/kebo-twitter-feed/views/list.php’. The view files are a real mess at the moment and there have been several requests for this, so I will add it in as an option quickly. Should be released this afternoon/evening.

Hi guys, I agree with aceriker about the missing images. Also the favicon at the beginning of the tweet seems to be missing.
What I don’t get is why it all seems to work when embedded into widget but when called by a shortcode in a normal page anything graphical seems to be if not removed, then hidden.
Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, but I’ve been at work all day today and I’ve just got back. I’m in England. Time difference.

    Hi jiharmer,

The Widget and Shortcode should display identically, as they both use the same ‘/views/list.php’ and ‘/views/slider.php’, the only difference *should* be the options/control. Widgets having their own form and the Shortcode using added params.

I will release an update giving you the option to show images attached to Tweets by default, instead of having the click ‘Show photos’. It should be available in later tonight, or tomorrow if I decide to leave the testing until I am not too tired!

Having to work on a Saturday? I feel for you!

    Hi guys,

Just an update, I haven’t forgotten about this. I had to work on some more serious issues in another plugin, but I will hopefully get this finished tonight. Sorry for the delay.

Thanks for letting us know and for your help with this.
