Twitter, Linkdin not seeing my thumbnails

I can share Thumbnails on Facebook no issues. They also worked at one time for Twitter. I updated something and they changed. I have deactivated all plugins. Updated Robots.txt file. Removed all SEO and cache apps. I check the Twitter validator and it does not see the card. I check the meta codes and I see the twitter card is there. But it will not read it. Help
