    Just because you cannot reproduce the issue doesn’t mean it’s not happening. It is still an issue! I have to find Twitter posts and manually enter them.

    It is most certainly NOT resolved. Shoddy management of your supposed support here Alex. Very shoddy.

    By all means, point them out. A link would be even better.

    As if I hadn’t looked already, or was able to find something that would help me. Far easier (and faster) to do that than wait for direct help. No offense meant, just the way it is with such things.
