Twitter not showing swedish letters

    I recently installed wordpress at https://2010.natverketsip.se. Im having problems with the twitter feed in the header. My webbsite (and wordpress installation) is in swedish and everything is working fine, exept that the twitter feed isnt showing the swedish letters properly. Instead it shows ? a questionmark. Can anyone please help me?
