Twitter popup failing when using # in title of post

Hi Arjun,
I am really grateful for your work with this plugin.
I came across another issue with the twitter button. When i add in hashtags to the url title, the popup does not complete the tweet. I can’t give you a link as i have had to adjust the post in question
