Twitter Timeline classic widget ignoring number of tweets settting

    Hi. I’m using the Twitter Timeline (Jetpack) widget on my site. I don’t use the block editor so I’m running the Classic Editor and Classic Widgets plugins (which I don’t intend to change).

    The Twitter Timeline widget is set to a fixed number of tweets. However, regardless of what I enter in that field it shows 10 tweets. I’ve set it to show just one tweet, and have tried other values, but it ignores the setting.

    Can anyone please help?

  • Due to recent changes introduced by Twitter, certain services like automatic post sharing and Twitter Timeline widgets are not currently functioning

    You can still share your posts to Twitter manually by pasting the post link into the body of your tweet.
