Twitter Timeline Widget Formatting

I just noticed that my Twitter Timeline widget appears messed up. I have transparent background checked, yet it’s showing a white background. The text formatting is also shifted to the right. In addition even though I have one widget in my sidebar another stream is duplicated right below. I just noticed this, so I’m not sure how long it’s been acting up.
