Twitter Tools not updating

  • I installed the Twitter Tools plugin on a client site and the tweets aren’t updating. The one that is up on the site now is from 6 days ago, but there was a more recent one 3 days later. I’ve tried the manual reset and updates, and neither has any effect. Here’s a link to the site:

    Plugin version is 2.0. Any ideas?

  • I’m having the same problem. Blog headlines are not getting tweeted even though the settings are set to “on” and the twitter log-in is working. The update funcion just broke a few days ago. If anyone finds a solution, please let me know! This is with WP 2.8.5 and Twitter Tools 2.0.

    Same problem here. Plus more:

    No blog posts being tweeted
    No tweets showing on the blog
    Link shortening not working

    I downgraded to version 1.6 and tweets showed up on my blog, but still no posts being tweeted.

    I just switched to “WP to Twitter” which works for what we need, tweeting our blog posts. Works great!

    I re-installed the latest version of Twitter Tools and it worked perfectly…yesterday. Now it’s not working again. Am I doing something wrong?
