Twitter Tools not updating

I installed the Twitter Tools plugin on a client site and the tweets aren’t updating. The one that is up on the site now is from 6 days ago, but there was a more recent one 3 days later. I’ve tried the manual reset and updates, and neither has any effect. Here’s a link to the site:

Plugin version is 2.0. Any ideas?
