Twitter Tools – what is the "Apllication Website"

I recently installed Twitter Tools, and on the Twitter Apps Registration Page, there appears to be a new field to complete – what is the proper response for “Application Website?” Also, the field that asks for “Application Name” – can I use any made up name here or is it looking for something specific?
