We can confirm that Twitter meta tags are correctly outputting as expected. As such, Yoast SEO is working well by adding required meta tags for Twitter. We are not sure why the validator is throwing that error. Clearly, Twitter is unable to retrieve the image. We suggest that you reach out to the Twitter Community forum for more support as this particular error has been discussed on their forums. Possible causes are server-side and SSL certification; your web hosting provider may also be able to provide some pointers.

But I am facing this issue after updating the plugin before that it was working fine, from last 2 days i am getting this issue.

We are experiencing the exact same issue. Seemingly randomly Twitter no longer reads cards from any pages on our website, but the cards work on Facebook and LinkedIn.
