any progress on the new icon? Or maybe a hint on when to expect it? If it will take longer, I will just add a new icon and use that. However, there seems to be a broader need.

I fear @osompress took control of this plugin from StudioPress (for whatever reason) and has more-or-less abandoned it. There doesn’t seem to be any activity from either @esther_sola or @nahuai since the 3.1.2 update (where they announced the acquisition).

Apologies for the delay.
We were not getting the notifications for any of the comments on the support forum for this plugin. So we were not aware of them.
Thanks @dwrippe for pinging us, we did get that notification.

We were already planning to add the X icon (together with the Mastodon and Threads) in the new update scheduled for the same week of WordPress 6.4 release. But we would have communicated it here if we have been aware of these comments.
We’ve been answering every email we’ve got in this regard.

Now that we know that we are not getting notifications (as we do in other of our plugins) we’ll actively monitor the support page.

We are planning to maintain the plugin updated.
Indeed, the new update (3.2) it’s available and adds the X icon.

I hope I shed some light on the reason of the delay of response from our part and you are able to enjoy this update (and the upcoming ones).
