    Hi, if I have more than one option regarding appointments on a Friday, for example, from 10 to 12 and then from 17 to 19, why does it only appear the first one for the customer to make the appointment? (the first one was created by a ONLY rule and the second one a recurrent rule for fridays from 15:00 to 17:00) Thank you

    Hi,

    Thee “only rule” overwrites the “recurrent rule” for the specified date. In that case add two “only rules” for that date for adding both time intervals.

    Hi again, I would need some help to sep up the following booking hour timetable, I have a recurrent rule from Mon to Thur with 2 daily appointments (1 max. capacity per appointment) and then I want to set up Fridays with 1 available time but 3 capacity… I’m not able to set different capacities for each rule, can you help me? Thanks a lot

    Hi,

    The capacity is set at the service level. You will need two services in that case to be able to use different capacity.

    The following feature may be also needed to setup different weekdays/open hours for different services:
