But how to make different prices for them (shortcodes)?

“Differenct Price” will mean a different item, at least a variable.

So what exactly do you want to do?
I mean; what is the reason of that price difference?

On the product page must have these tables and added to each product individually:

Don’t understand the options from the screenshot, cause it is not even in English.

But, if you want to charge different prices for different options,
you may use the variations or some kind of Product Add-Ons.

Displaying them in the Product page is another concern.

Just like, different prices for t-shirts for different sizes/colors or a base price for a simple product but an increased price for added functionality.
