    Good afternoon,

The first thing to congratulate you on is the excellent plugin that has now been greatly improved.

I have created my first newsletter with MP3, this one has a section in which I have put two columns. However, when you send it, these two columns become one in the viewer of the mail, being all centered.

Do you know why that might be?

    Sorry for my english

    A hug.

The columns stack on top of each other whe the email client is too narrow, like a mobile phone. Try a bigger screen!

Thank you very much for the quick answer.

I imagine that, as you say, when it is on a smaller screen it becomes a single column. However, I’m visualizing it from the desktop from my laptop and it looks with a single column.

Do you know why it can be?

    Hugs!

    Hi,

Could you please share your template? You can export it inside the newsletter designer and send us a link to the file (upload to Dropbox, etc.) or get in touch with us directly by using the blue speech bubble icon on any of the plugin pages.

    Thanks,
    MailPoet Team.
