Two contact form 7 in same page don’t work

  • I installed the latest version (4.8.1) of Contact Form 7.
    I use 2 short codes / submit button on one page. The question is that only the first form works. The second form launches the first …

    First submit button : “Devis intra”
    Second submit button : “S’inscrire en ligne” (launch first button)

    Is it a form name problem?
    But where can I change the name of the form exactly?

  • There is a problem with that version. My suggestion is to rollback to version 4.8 until they fix it. That’s what I did

    Thank’s a lot. I rollbacked to version 4.8 (and 4.7) but the problem is still there.
