Two Contact Forms on One Page

  • Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all other plugins deactivated?

    When I do that, the form appears correctly. Change the theme back without activating all the other plugins and the problem reappears. What do I do?

    It’s obviously a theme issue or conflict. What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

    I’m using Lucid, by Elegant Themes, downloaded from Bluehost/Mojo Marketplace.
