Two different bugs

Hi,
Running 3.8.3 and the Sahifa theme. When adding the widget to the sidebar, it pushes all widgets beneath it underneath the footer.
Secondly, when I try to move the widget up and down the sidebar, it just stays at the bottom of the sidebar.
Not running it currently, but my site is https://www.selfpublishingreview.com
