I recently updated my page using the 2011 template and I now have two dividing lines in my footer. Since I can’t figure out a way to change my footer in any way, how do I get rid of these?

You can see it on my page by going to mcmane.info.

    Thanks!

    Whoops, I mean 2010.

Don’t edit the Twenty Ten theme. Instead create a child theme for your customisations. Once your child theme is active, we should be able to help with the customisation.

Thanks for your help, but I’m a total novice at this. I don’t know CSS, and I can’t use it anyway, because I’m limited to my school’s themes (my webpage is for my classroom). I’m just hoping to find out there’s something that I did that I can change.

I have two sites using this theme, and one of them doesn’t have the double line and one does. I can’t figure out why this is.

I moved some widgets around (changed the order) and it went away. For some reason, having the links at the bottom of the sidebar throws in an extra line. So weird. But I’m just glad I fixed it!
