two domains (godaddy) point to single site

I have two domains from godaddy. Bought the deluxe version of WordPress so I could manage both domains. Set one up with site to build. Somehow got the second domain pointed at the single site. Tried to delete that connection and wiped out the site. Seems I should be able to point one domain at site A and the second at site B. But, i can’t change one without changing the other. Think I’ll have to start from scratch.
