Two-Factor Auth Login, failed login alert

What configuration do you have in the “Two-Factor Options”?

I have tried with the email based authentication codes and it works just fine, I only receive the failed login alerts if the password that I insert into the login form is incorrect, but if the credentials are valid and the authentication code is accepted the plugin doesn’t sends any unnecessary notification, unless you have enabled the alerts for successful logins.

Please share more details about your website environment so I can reproduce the issue and fix it. For now, I will mark this as resolved, feel free to re-open the ticket if the issue persists.
