    Hi!

    I have a big problem. We recently lost the smartphone with the authenticator and also the file with the security codes. Therefore, we are no longer able to access Central Wordfence for this reason. How can I solve this? I can’t access the Premium account.

    Hi @ryumma, thanks for reaching out to us and I can certainly help!

    If you cannot gain access to Wordfence Central, could please send an email to lockout @ wordfence . com and provide your email address that is on the account or username so that we can assist you.

    Then, if your sites are also using 2FA that will now be lost, and you’re a Premium Wordfence Customer, I recommend opening a support ticket at https://support.wordfence.com. They will be able to assist you faster and more efficiently.
