Two-Factor Authentication

Hello Defender Pro Team,
I would like to start by congratulating you on your magnificent accessory, it really is incredible, I love it.
But I wanted to let you know that in the two factor authentication setup, the email reset sending method is not working for me, I never receive the email. However, the rest of the authentication methods work perfectly.
I would like to know the reason why I am not receiving the email with the OTP code, since it is important for me to have a second option.
I have read all your documentation, but I don’t see anything that is configured incorrectly.
I check my spam and inboxes and I never receive the one from Defender Pro.
What could be the cause?
