Two-Factor Authentication not sending email

    Hi there

    I have 2 admins on my site and the one guy when he goes to login he is not receiving the Two-Factor Authentication email. (the problem is intermittent sometimes he gets the email other times he does not.) After a few attempts at trying to log in he is then blacklisted.

    Can you explain why he is not receiving the 2FA email? I am not sure but I think this is happening since I’ve updated to the latest WP version.

    sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    If you have an admin that is getting black listed during login, he’s not logging in correctly with the right username/password.

    The plugin wont black list you for logging in correctly. There is no good reason why it would work for one and not the other admin, except for user error.

    He should also check his spam, and his “All Mail” (if applicable) to ensure he’s not filtering emails. Also, to remove email delivery on your web hosting as a factor, please take a read of this:
