I’m not sure what you mean by “only being updated”… Can you elaborate, please?

Also, please turn off any page caching while trying to fix this

I mean, when you paste the verification code on the 2FA page, the page just refreshes. Also cancellation does not work. And there is something wrong with the encoding.
No caching plugins are installed on the site.

I’m fairly sure you have caching employed somewhere… Perhaps by your host. Seeing the same page, unchanging, is a symptom of caching interfering. Especially if Cancel is showing the same thing.

The 2fa system works. There’s no other problem being reported about this anywhere else. Something in your site is causing this.

On a clean installation, wordpress checked really works.
And with the encoding, tell me what’s wrong?

We’ll look at the encoding, but we can’t fix the caching issue on your site, sorry – please contact your webhost for advice on this
