I solved setting standard field NAME as “NAME, LAST NAME” and setting FIELDS MODIFIER as “NAME==COGNOME”.
The only observation is that in the email body NAME and LASTNAME aren’t bold…

Hi aranuir have you tried playing around with the settings under Advanced? I.e Enable to receive email as HTML instead of plain text.?

    Yes, html is checked…
The problem is that other fields are formatted, while name and last name aren’t.
    For example:
    Nome: John
Cognome Doe (also colon does not displayed…)
Professione engineer (also colon does not displayed…)
    Email: [email protected]

Just out of curiosity are you using more than one language?

    No, only italian

I am wondering if it is because the Italian translation is only up to 51% translated!!!
