Two Galleries Show?

    Hi

    I am working on a site in development, and I inserted a basic WordPress Gallery into my post. That was working fine, but lacks a close button – although you can click anywhere of the gallery image and the gallery closes. Anyway I installed this plugin, and the gallery it loads better, contains the title/caption of the image etc, but when I close the gallery, I see the other original WordPress gallery behind it? So I am seeing two galleries. How do I fix this?

    Hi @ante1974,

    the default Gallery Block has no Lightbox. Please check if the second Lightbox is from your theme or another plugin. Otherwise, please provide with an example of the issue.

    @goaroundagain You are correct, there was a lightbox already in the theme with poor UI, I assumed it was part of WordPress basic UI and would be overridden by your plugin. I have now disabled it and the issue is resolved.
