Two horizontal red lines appearing

Very good plugin to use so far, however while it was working initially fine and though i have made no additions to to my wordpress plugins, suddenly i can see two horizontal lines showing up after the first row of videos. I am using a youtube playlist and using your code that you mentioned for playlist. Please help.https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/youtube-channel-gallery/
