Two lists checked on lite form.

    How can I get the basic plugin to actually enroll to both lists? Is there something else I need to activate? Or maybe change on the mailchimp end?

    I have verified that this signup form does not enroll to both lists. It is not consistent which list it will use when both lists are checked.

    I have chosen both lists and they appear in my form code.
    Settings page confirms both lists as checked.
    Form preview shows both lists checked as well.

    Hi,

    Do you have double opt-in enabled? If so, subscribers might opt-in for only 1 list instead of both.

    I suggest using Interest groups instead of separate lists. Then use “Segments” under that list to split the two groups when sending out emails.
    The “list choice” then becomes “interest group choice”.
    That way subscribers have to opt-in to only 1 list and are counted as only 1 subscriber (instead of 2 when using separate lists) in your MailChimp totals.
