Two Messages with Show Trigger Using JavaScript – auto pop message

  • Icegram 1.8.3 + Icegram Behavior Triggers 1.3

    Case: Two Messages(different ID) with settings:
    Type: Popup
    Theme: Air Mail
    Show Trigger: Using JavaScript
    Hide Trigger: Button Click

    I only insert two icegram shortcodes to page (like [icegram messages="3840"] and [icegram messages="3841"]) w/o javascript to trigger opening messages.

    On page load, after about 2 seconds, one of messages auto popup, w/o click on any element or executed avascript like
    window.icegram.get_message_by_id(3841).show();

    Is even possible to have two or more messages on single page, and to trigger them “on click” (Using JavaScript behavior)?

    Hi Urke,

    Yes, it is possible to have more that two popups on single page, and to trigger them “on click”

    Regarding auto popup issue , can you please check once that both message have same settings mentioned above?

    If yes, then popup which appear is the same popup which have same setting as mentioned?

    If you insert a shortcode still it will not be appear unless you trigger the message show function.

    Can you please give us the URL to check where you have configured your messages?

    Hi there,

    OK, I send more details and link to demo page to support email (as demo page is matter of business, I can’t post link public).

    Everything is properly set, just won’t work as we expecting.
