Two new problems with the jet woobuilder plugin

    Hi team!

    If I’m not mistaken, after WooCommerce update two new bugs occur between this plugin and jet woobuilder plugin.

    1- If these 3 options are active, it will hide the coupon form on the checkout page.

    2- Do you have a coupon popup after entering the checkout page? It will be displayed immediately.

    Please let me know if you are not successful in reproducing this bug so I can investigate further. thank you!

    1- I couldn’t reproduce the error. Basically, when those 3 options are enabled, this CSS is added to hide the notices:

    <style>
.woocommerce-error, .woocommerce-message, .woocommerce-info{ display:none !important }
</style>

    There is a default coupon notice from WooCommerce on checkout:
    “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”.

    When the options are enabled, this notice is hidden and it’s displayed on the popup.

    WooCommerce hides the coupon form by default. When the “Click here” link is clicked, it’s displayed.

    2- It should be getting displayed already. Please, try switching your theme to Storefront for example and let me know if it helps.

    Hi @karzin , It is strange that you are not experiencing this problem. I tested these two bugs in hello elementor, astra and even storeffont themes and they still exist. Please watch the following video: To make the video below, I installed a fresh WordPress to make sure these bugs didn’t interfere with other plugins.

    Hi @hoseinkh ,

    The default coupon message from WooCommerce on checkout is a notice:
    “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”.

    And it does get hidden when the “Hide” option is enabled. Also, it is being displayed as a popup.

    On your first video, at 0:41, you’ll see the notice is there inside the popup.

    I apologize, due to using google translate, I may not have understood your meaning well…

    Do you mean that displaying this popup when loading the checkout page is a normal behavior? Because I don’t remember exactly when, but this problem didn’t exist before!
    So, is there any way we can prevent this popup from showing up now?
