    I know this has been a known issue – order succeeds, two emails are sent to customer. I had this issue before with this plugin, that’s why I tried alternatives, but this one I came back to, since all in all it’s great and working smoothely (plus I also like another WebToffee plugin and appreciate the support).

    To make it short: The issue still remains. I am using Germanized (pro), I guess it may have something to do with that. Using the latest versions for all plugins. Maybe there is an easy fix. Thank you!

    Are you getting duplicate emails for the same order? We haven’t encountered this issue before. To help us understand it better, could you please share the screenshots or a screen recording?

    A screen shot won’t help. I added myself for BCC in customer emails and can only say, that the customer received the order confirmation twice from us. In Woocommerce nothing can be seen. This only ever happened with this plugin.

    Unfortunately, I had to deactivate the plugin again for another reason: Suddenly a couple orders failed, with one customer telling us that he tried but couldn’t get it done. After re-activating PayPal Standard, he was able to pay immediately. A second customer tried 3 times and then paid with a different method. I didn’t get into this yet, just deactivated because it’s too dangerous. Unfortunately no log file was created. Facing many payment problems these days, keeping me from the necessary work….

    Regarding the issue with order payments being failed, could you please share more information about it to help us identify its cause?

    We have fixed the issue of the order confirmation mail being sent twice, in the plugin. The improvements will be available from the next release of the plugin.
