    I’m hoping someone can help.


    There seems to be something up with my site.

    I have a document downloader plugin from delightful downloads, when I try to upload a document (same small pdf type as I upload weekly) its saying HTTP error.

    I have a LMS, Learndash, I am trying to add another topic and it just won’t add it, it keeps refreshing without the topic added.

    Ive updated all plugins and theme, up to date wordpress and woocommerce, not sure what else I can do to overcome the two separate issues?

    I recommend asking at those plugin’s dedicated support so their developers can help you with this..

    Given that it is two unrelated plugins the issue seems to be with wordpress.

    Is there a way to get guidance from wordpress directly?

    The downloading one is from Delightful Downloads, the LMS is Learndash.

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    I’ve reached out to Learndash too.

    Now though the option to edit the variations in products is not working, it is spinning in ‘loading’ mode on loop so that’s 3 new errors with 3 different systems that normally work very smoothly.

    Product variations are controlled by WooCommerce, so for that, I recommend getting in touch with WooCommerce’s support about this via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/contact-support/ if you have any of their paid WooCommerce products or https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/ if you do not.
