Two Popups created. Both Open. Why?

    in the footer, I’m putting links like this:

    Contact Us -> popup to modal
    Terms of Use -> popup to modal
    Privacy Policy -> popup to modal

    I made the first two, but when I click on one, they both open.
    So I removed the second two, just to leave the contact us and they both still open.

    Please Help.
