First, I understand that you’re slow with English, but hopefully, the links and instructions I provide will not be hard to understand.

There are a few FREE SSL options available to you. You need to look closely at what they offer and if they will meet your security needs. Here are few of them:

Check each offer as there are limitations for FREE SSL.

If you have ever followed the WordPress Support forums, the subject of optimizing or speeding slow WordPress websites is probably one of the most commonly asked questions. Check with your host to see if they support LetsEncrypt. If so, they should be able to set up a certificate for you for free.

Create your ssl for free on https://myfreessl.com/ then contact your server provider how to install.

IMHO LetsEncrypt is the way to go if your host offers it. If not, CloudFlare free Universal SSL or flexible SSL are viable alternatives. CloudFlare can help with the speed issue too. With a page rule to cache everything, it turned my sluggish static site lightning fast.

One other thing, SSL is an important component of securing WP, but it can’t do the whole job on it’s own. There are many good articles on securing WP, including in the WordPress codex.
