Two questions about the plugin

I am thinking of using your plugin. It seems the forum is not really working, so I will publish my questions here:

There are two sources regarding the price. One is here: https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/premium and it reads 39€/year, the other is here: https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/forums/topic/important-notes and it mentions $19.95 – what is the correct price for all the extensions?

The second question – can I automate the emails that users are being emailed just after I publish a new post, regardless of when it happens? Or does it have to be scheduled, like weekly? And what if I haven’t published anything in a week, will another automated email contain the same last content published on a page?
