I have two separate websites, for two types of photography. I synced one Google Calendar to both sites with your plugin. When I put something on my Google Calendar, Bookly blocks off that time on both websites. When I schedule something on one website, it adds it to my Google Calendar, BUT it does not block off the time on the other website. I need a fix to this, because I work alone and I can’t have double bookings. Thanks for your help.

    Hi Jess,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

In this case you will have to create a separate Google Calendar as Bookly can’t detect if an event was meant to be booker for another website or for the current one.
Check if the timezone settings are correct in both websites and the Calendar.

Also you might send us an email to [email protected] with your purchase code and a detailed description of the case.

    Kind regards,
    Ladela Team

If I have two Google calendars, how would I get both websites (and Bookly plugins) to sync with each other?

I have a website for ‘Family’ Portraits & one for ‘Boudoir’ Portraits. They need to be separate, but when someone books, say, a Family session, I need the same time slot on the Boudoir website to be blocked off.

    Suggestions?

    Hi Jess,

The only way to set it up would be to sync both plugins with the same google calendar. Please send us an email to [email protected] with the links to the booking forms and a screenshot of the google calendar.

    Thanks!
