Two small Atahualpa things

I have (currently) two things that I cannot find where to edit.

On my testsite I use a custom menu in the header (and no header image, only the logo section). Whatever size I make the text of the menu, the menu is 1 or 2 pixels higher than the rest of that ‘bar’.

Also I have a byline between the post title and content and a footer below the content. I cannot find the place where to style this ‘post footer’. Just no background would do.
