Two step action links in email

    People click to cancellation link by mistake or due to their curiosity.

    “Two step action links in email” option stands for this, but it does not work. If it would work, when someone click on cancellation link, it would ask some thing like “Are your sure about cancelling your appointment?”

    Hi @saglikdanismani is it working like that but only for the new emails. Turn that option on and check customers email. Each action will be sent to the prompt page where you need to confirm action. That is added because some mail servers follow links and trigger unwanted cancelation etc.

    Hi, thanks for reply!

    What do you mean by “new emails”? I turned on this option many times, however, anytime it ends without asking confirmation.
