Two Step Booking?

Could anyone point me in the right direction for coding it myself? I’m a bit stumped

at the moment what is available is using Multiple Booking Mode which is available to Empro users only – https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/multiple-booking-mode/

and you might need a developers assistance to make this work with EM (free version)
