Two 'Tweet Old Post' on One Website

I basically want to create two tweet schedules for my blog. One that tweets every couple hours about new posts and one that tweets every couple hours about old posts.

Anyone know the easiest solution? Can I put two ‘Tweet Old Posts’ on my website, will that work?
