TWO URGENT ISSUES

I am using the plugin in my site at https://smileatelier.consusis.com/location/ .

I need your URGENT HELP in two areas –

1. If you notice the logo, it is overlapping with “Popular Categories” – how I can sort it out?

2. How can I change the /location permalink to any other although I know it is fixed.

Please revert ASAP.
