Two URL's displaying after SSL activation

Hello.

my url’s displaying twice “https://site.com/learnlearn” but it supposed to display “https://site.com/learn” i shifted from http to https, i updated my PHP version from 5.3 to 5.4.22 and mine is multisite

when i click any of my page the url displaying twice as shown above.

im seeking forward for reply and would be thankfull
