Two URLs in "New User Notification" emails

In old versions of WordPress, new users were sent a password via email. Now they are sent a link to set the password. Problem: the email actually has TWO clickable links! The first works as intended, the second does not. Here’s the email text:

(In the actual email, the first URL becomes a clickable link.)

This is very confusing to the user! Can we get rid of the second link, please?
