Two website frontend are down :S

I just realize that I can access a few pages on the sites but others no. The homepage is not available !

Did you edit, update or fiddle with anything on the sites before they went down?

To troubleshoot this, try deactivating all plugins on one site – if that brings it back up, reactivate the plugins one by one & check the site after each. This will tell you if it is caused by a plugin and which one.

Hello cubecolour, I did not upgrade anything. However, I added a widget on both of them, they were working with the widget for a few days. Today when I tried to open the websites cant access.

I did a ping to the domains and receive a timed out response.

I already tried the plugins troubleshooting but I will try again, thank you for your reply. Will update here what happended.

I justr tried again the plugins trobleshoot without avail. The homepage on both websites are still down.

What else can I try, I dont wanna do a backup recovery yet.

It appears there’s a hidden iframe on the hotelexpocentrozonalibre site:

So it appears that the sites have been hacked and will need to be cleaned up.

It was the theme I was using, I just replaced it and now everything is fine. Thank you Mr.
