Two website logins (One site)

It looks like you have the wordpress.com toolbar enabled. Disable this in Jetpack.

1–might be related to your theme or plugin(s)
2–make a backup of your files and database
3–switch to a theme like twentynineteen + deactivate all plugins to see if the extra logins disappear.
