Type A Message Bar Out of Place

We have installed the Watson Bot on our staging website using this plugin. However, the ‘type a message’ section for some reason is at the top of the chatbot window, instead of over the whitespace. Users have to type their message at the top.

I’m not sure if anyone else has experienced this, or if our theme might be doing something to the code to make it appear out of place.
