Not sure if I understand your question or what it has to do with Ad Inserter.

Normally you can customize any HTML with CSS.

How can I do this? I want to write before my ad: “Advertisement” and I want to write with grey colour and smaller sizes.

Please read FAQ, look for “How can I add some text or title (e.g. Advertisement) above the ad?”
