    Robrt – thanks for the details. I’ll look into it a bit more, but are you able to try disabling other plugins which may be conflicting with ours? Since you gave the line number of our JS error, do you see other JS errors when our plugin is disabled? JS normally fails catastrophically when there’s just one error and this will cause our plugin to break.

    Robrt – Hey again! I’m reviewing all our open tickets and just pinging you to see if you had any luck disabling our plugin to see if you still had some (presumably benign) JS errors.

    As well, we still plan on looking into the specifics of the error you mentioned.

    Hi, I have modified the plugin and got it to work for my custom needs.
    I don’t think I solved this problem the right way though and haven’t had time looking in to it
